Virtual Tour
SEDNA IV is a 51-metre, three-masted, steel-hulled sailing vessel. She was constructed in 1957 as a North Sea trawler and entirely rebuilt in 1992 in Germany's top shipyards to meet the needs of a private owner. Acquired in June 2001 by a group of Canadian shareholders, she spent the winter of 2002 undergoing a major refit in her new home port of Cap-aux-Meules.
If you want to see what SEDNA looks like close up, take our virtual tour.

How to navigate in a QuickTime VR scene
Viewing scenes
To look around in a QuickTime VR scene, hold down the mouse button and move
the pointer. Place the pointer on the scene, and while holding the left mouse
button down (the only button on a Macintosh), move the pointer in the desired
direction.
Zooming scenes
You may magnify a part of a scene for closer scrutiny or "pull back"
to see a larger area. This is called zooming. Place the pointer on the area
you wish to zoom, then press and hold Shift or Control. To zoom in, hold down
the Shift key (Option on a Macintosh). To zoom out, hold down the Control
key.
Changing scenes
While visiting a scene, the form of the pointer will change when passing over
selected zones to indicate that you may discover a new scene in that direction.
If you click in such a zone, the corresponding scene will be displayed.
